Roads to Recovery is a federally funded road construction & rehabilitation program.
It supports the maintenance of the nation's local road infrastructure assets, which facilitates greater accessibility and improves safety, economic and social outcomes for Australians. The Program provides funding to all local government authorities (LGAs) and state/territories governments in areas where there are no LGAs (unincorporated areas). Funding recipients are responsible for choosing road projects on which to spend their Roads to Recovery funding, based on their local priorities.
